Tom joined the team in 2016 as the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and is responsible for Tri-Source Pharma’s legal strategy and ensuring its regulatory compliance.  Prior to joining Tri-Source Pharma, Tom was Patent Counsel for Hill’s Pet Nutrition, Inc., a division of Colgate Palmolive Company.  After attending Brooklyn Law School, he began his legal career as an Associate in the Chemical/Biotech practice group of Sughrue Mion PLLC in Washington, DC.

Tom holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering from Manhattan College.  Before attending law school, Tom was a process engineer in the specialty chemical and manufacturing industries.  Tom also served in the United States Marine Corps, and remains active in various Veterans’ causes.
